Community Engagement Donation Request

To support our local community, Caribbean Pool offers merchandise and monetary donations to non-profit organizations for charitable events and fundraisers. Here are the guidelines:

• Submit your donation request through our online form below.
• Make sure to submit your request at least four weeks before the event date.
• Your organization must be located in Indiana or Illinois.
• Your organization must be a charitable 501(c)3 organization.
• Each organization can make only one donation request in a year. Keep in mind that requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We receive many requests each season, and while we try to fulfill as many as we can, we might not be able to accommodate all of them due to the high volume and availability of items.
