Purchased a home 2 years ago with a pool and struggled with the people show installed it for service. Called Caribbean this year for opening /closing. Arrived exactly on time took 20 minutes and the technicians were oustanding. Highlly reccomned.

Great store with everything you need for your pool. Also for your patio with their selection of the Green Egg Grills and accessories they can’t be beat. Staff is always helpful, and they stock almost any part that you need for your in-ground pool.

We made the great choice to use Caribbean Pools. They are professional, knowledgeable and responsive! They really stand by their product and installation. We’ve been really impressed with the company. I don’t usually write reviews but they are an exceptional team and I wanted others to know that we have found them to be trustworthy!

First time visiting Caribbean Pools. Great staff. Bought a hot tub on the spot. Very informative and GREAT staff. They service the hot tubs they sell…BONUS! No problems so far. Have had our NORDIC Warrior XL since August. Absolutely love our hot tub and truly blessed that we bought it from Caribbean Pools.

We had an amazingly beautiful pool installed by Caribbean Pools. We love it so much, that we got a spa from them as well. Everyone that we dealt with along the way, from customer care to the service technicians, were absolutely wonderful! With my husband working crazy hours, I never worried about dealing with something going wrong with the pool (never had issues with these: opening it at the beginning of the season the water was always clear, the equipment always started up well, etc.), whoever worked on it was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I knew it would be taken care of. Our original liner was defective and the installers noticed the problem and the compAny was great enough to enjoy our pool while we waited for the new liner to arrive, and the replacement fit great and the warranty process was smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool or spa.

I recommend Caribbean Pools to anyone looking to create a backyard oasis for their family. The crew was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They were “work horses” & perfectionists with their work. Don’t waste your time getting estimates from anyone else. Caribbean Pools is the way to go!

3 things we love about the pool: 1. The size of the pool is huge. 2. It truly is a backyard oasis where we can share it with family and friends. 3. We love swimming and get to use it from May through September. We had a tremendous experience with Caribbean. Everything was spelled out correctly and the communication was great as well. Everyone that came to work on the pool was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love the fact that if I have any questions or concerns, I will get a response immediately. Caribbean is truly a family oriented, class act company.

I have never written a thank you to a company before, but this time was different. We wanted to thank you for the beautiful job that was done on our pool. The thank you is not just for the job but especially for the amazing people that you have hired to build and sell the pool. From the first moment Paul sold the pool to us, to Kenny, Josh, Dave, and Rich! Everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful, and so nice. We had a great experience! Thank you for everything!

We got a hot tub/spa from Caribbean Pools. It was great and the installation went very smooth. The electrician was quick and professional. The guys had to remove a railing on our deck and lift the spa up. They were very careful not to cause damage to our decking and railing. We love our spa especially in the winter when it’s snowing! My Grandpa even bought a spa from Caribbean Pools after seeing how much we enjoyed ours and now he uses theirs a lot also. I have many great memories with friends out in the spa and I am looking forward to many more enjoyable evenings in the spa. We have had no real problems with the spa! Love it.

We bought ours in the spring last year and ran it all winter. We absolutely love it. It’s great exercise during the day and relaxing at night watching the stars. Best toy we ever purchased. The staff was excellent to deal with. They didn’t try to talk us into something we didn’t need or want. I highly recommend this company and their products. If you have a few extra bucks, treat yourself. You won’t be sorry.

I had my hot tub spa serviced last year because it had stopped heating. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the repairs. My Spa is still working great. Thanks for the prompt service.

I had the opportunity to speak with your Maintenance General Manager Bill last week. What a wonderful young man he is. He helped me with every question that I had and even offered to personally do my maintenance for the upcoming season. my only concern/complaint is that his nose may be a little to big for his face and that he roots for the New York teams. I would suggest a closer background check in the future.
