Big Green Egg (BGE) – Due to our dealer agreement with BGE we are not permitted to accept online payment transactions for BGE items. However, we can provide our customers with an online request for cash on delivery or COD sale. This allows our customers to shop our BGE inventory, build packages in your cart, or order replacement parts at your convenience. When you’re ready to purchase use the checkout, no payment is required because the sale is not final and is subject to review. Our sales team will contact you to answer any of your questions and complete the transaction.

Use of the Website—By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

Returns or exchanges with original sales receipt of non-opened/non-used merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Returns or exchanges with a receipt for non-opened/non-used merchandise will be issued a refund based on the selling price of the returned merchandise.

Merchandise that has been opened or used may not be returned for a refund. Caribbean Pools may choose to issue merchandise credit or make and exchange for the value of the item based on the discretion of the management.

A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all canceled/returned special order merchandise.

Caribbean Pools INC reserves the right to cancel any transaction that takes place on this website. Providing a full refund to the buyer and an explanation of why their request was denied.
